General Information:

Posters should be a maximum of 4 x 4 ft. Strict adherence to this size restriction must be met since there will be two posters displayed simultaneously on each side of the poster board. Presenters with odd-numbered abstracts should stand by their posters from 4:00-5:00 PM and for those with even-numbered abstracts from 5:00-6:00 PM. The poster session will run concurrently with a reception, affording an informal atmosphere to interact.

Posters should contain:

    1. Abstract
    2. State the question you are asking or what you are investigating.
    3. Provide enough background information so the readers understand the scientific questions being addressed.
    4. Describe the basic methods being used.
    5. Present data in a clear format, i.e. easy to read tables, graphs, and figures.
    6. Present a conclusion.
