| Liaisons to Sponsors | Dr. Beth Garvy, University of Kentucky AIC contacts with sponsors, coordinates the special needs of sponsors whose support is crucial for the continued success of the meeting. |
| Liaison to Academia | Dr. Mary Pauza, Southern Illinois University Academic departments and individuals work together with the Liaison to Academia to provide vital support to our annual meeting. |
| Liaison to Exhibitors | Dr. E. Charles Snow, University of Kentucky AIC contact with exhibitors, coordinates the special needs of exhibitors whose sponsorship is important to the meeting. |
| Treasurer | Dr. Paul Stein, Northwestern University Responsible for receipt of donations and registration fees, oversees meeting registration, pays meeting-associated expenses. |
